with your body. Boundaries, body awareness, and emotional intelligence
are some of these skills and concepts.

Strengthening your boundaries increases your sense of “me/not me.” With stronger boundaries, body awareness and emotional intelligence become possible.

Awareness and tolerance of your sensations enables you to stay present in your body.

as you experience them enables you to reclaim your body fully and
