Syllabus
The evolving process of the class will affect the content of the syllabus.  Therefore, the actual content of each meeting may be slightly or greatly different from the following summarized description.

Meeting One
Orientation
Empathic listening
Conscious co-creation

  • Six steps to manifestation
  • Three stages to becoming a master manifester and its relationship to the the psychospiritual journey, healing and transformation, and ever expanding ways of being

Practice teaching the 6 steps to manifestation

Meeting Two
Sharing observations
Embodied Consciousness practice

Meeting Three

Expanding ways of moving

Meeting Five
Coaching for manifestation – assist partner in step 1 and 2
Embodied Consciousness practice with witnessing
Discuss creating process from conception to individuation model and chakra model
Movement for chakra awakening

Homework

Meeting six
Breath awareness
Practice leading a partner in mindful movement and exploring what she/he really wants
Define and discuss:

  • undefended relating

Meeting seven
Undefended relating practices

  • Breath with awareness with listening

Embodied consciousness practice – add eyes open, music, interacting with others
Silence – one hour – present to breath, walk, journal

Conscious conversation

  • Do 60 minute sessions focused on each other’s projects or the next thing she/he wants to manifest

Meeting ten
Small groups – discuss what learned in practice sessions; identify questions to share with the whole group

Explore concept of core wound and personality developmenet

Meeting eleven

  • Practice presentation with 1-5 people or more the six steps to manifestation and coach folks through steps 1 and 2

Meeting twelve
Discuss what’s next?  And how did presentations go?
Speak from the heart – five minute about what you’ve learned, embodied consciousness and manifestation, and why you want to share this with others
Write list of ways you can tell others about your new or evolved practice
Partner - Breath awareness and exploration around this stage of your development

  • Pick an object to represent E.C. practice
  • Do movement, dance, or posture about how you feel about it.
  • Discuss together what you noticed
